I am conveniently located in the University District one block west of 45th and Roosevelt in the Metro Cinemas building on the 3rd floor, Suite 300.

Directions:

From I-5 North:
Take exit 169 NE 45th
Continue straight through the light at 45th (you will be on 7th Ave NE)
Turn right/east on NE 47th (the first right after the light)
Turn right/south east on 9th Ave NE
The parking lot is across the street from the Cinema

From I-5 South:
Take exit 169-NE 50th
Turn left/east onto 50th
Turn right/south on 9th Ave NE
The parking lot is across the street from the Cinema

Parking:

Park in either th e Diamond Parking lot (spaces 1-38) across from the Metro Cinema entrance or the Diamond lot above Trader Joes. Parking is free with hourly validation. Please note your space number and your license plate number to register with the receptionist as you enter the 3rd floor. On street parking is also available.

Entrance:

The entrance to 4500 9th St. NE is located to the right of the Metro Cinemas ticket window. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Register your car and parking lot space number with the receptionist on the right.
